As a Niagara-based food enthusiast with a passion for vegan cuisine, laced with whole-foods nutrition and completely gluten-free, I bring you delicious, innovative foods emphasizing organic, local, and seasonal ingredients, free of gluten, casein, and all animal products.
Seven years ago was my first taste of food writing, delighted by new cuisines, innovative tastes, and deliciously adding to my palette. Since then, my passion for nutrition fervently has grown, and I’ve combined my love of food and my love of health and fitness into what I love to do – write.
